HappyHyperGirl is not only the president, she's also the only member. Everyone else in the house likes to relax, take naps, enjoy quiet moments. Foghorn Frannie will have none of that. Not for her, or anyone else in the house.
Especially not for her little brother, which is really backward. She should have realized by now that the more her brother sleeps, the more attention she gets. Instead, she does everything she can to be heard from 3 blocks over.
